ABOUT THE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The Yamashita Foundation of Hawai'i (TYFH) recognizes the immense importance of education for the people of Hawai'i, especially the youth. Currently, TYFH provides funds annually to the Financial Aid Offices of Punahou School, `Iolani School, and Mid-Pacific Institute to support students in need. The Financial Aid Offices select students who are worthy of financial aid scholarships.
In the future, TYFH will host a statewide Scholarship Program to assist students who display academic ability, athletic skill, creative proficiency, and dedicated engagement to the community with financial aid scholarships to help them achieve their educational and professional goals.
